- The price refers to the temporary exhibitions in the old building. However, admission is free on the first Sunday of every month.
- Reduced admission to the temporary exhibition for schoolchildren of full age, students, people doing federal voluntary service, unemployed people (ALG I) and severely disabled people (at least 50 percent). Free admission for schoolchildren under the age of 18,
- Admission to the permanent exhibition and the Children's World of the Jewish Museum (ANOHA) is free for everyone.
- Guided tours must be paid for separately.
