- Ticket machines are available at both entry points. Payment is by debit card only.
- Tickets can also be purchased in advance via the online shop.
- Cash payments are only possible during the opening hours of the ticket offices at the Mühlenkopfschanze, the Ettelsberg cable car, or the K1.
- Children up to five years old enter for free.
- Combination tickets with Mühlenkopfschanze summit & valley, Mühlenkopfschanze summit, or Mühlenkopfschanze valley are only available on-site at a staffed ticket counter.
